What's the Project?
The first part of the project focuses on enhancing the customer’s web registration and content experience to increase gym enrollment conversion and improve content discovery. The work is primarily front-end focused, with integration points into partner gym systems, and includes rebuilding the registration flow to support simultaneous gym enrollment, expanding bi-directional data sharing with gym partners, improving post-registration personalization, and enhancing search functionality and results presentation.
The second part supports the customer’s Commercial enrollment funnels, which involve greater backend complexity due to payment and subscription handoffs. The scope consists of a series of targeted improvements across landing pages, personalization, feature flagging, and testing infrastructure, including integration with payment and subscription flows, implementation of LaunchDarkly for new commercial features, full automated test coverage for new or significantly modified code, and continued support for WordPress-based content delivery while contributing to the broader transition toward Contentful.
